Center for Parkinson Disease
The Hospital’s Center for Parkinson Disease made its debut in 2017.
An integrated, community-based wellness concept with many of its programs free to those with Parkinson’s, its mission is to provide information, support, as well as cultural and fitness programming to enrich the lives of participants. The Center draws on the resources and expertise of Meeting House Lane Medical Practice and the Hospital’s specialized services in its Rehabilitation Department. By fostering relationships with community collaborators, the Center brings evidence-based wellness services to communities throughout the East End.
